Screens and sleep!

Screen time and sleep.

I’m not gong to sit her and say no screens 3 hours before bed blah blah blah

I mean – if we are not watching Netflix then what are we supposed to do ha-ha.

Reason – its claimed that the light stops us from releasing melatonin therefore stopping us from falling asleep.  I personally think that social media is more the culprit.  The constant scrolling, the addictive nature of click bait!

One tip I would give – when you go to bed, put your phone away from your bedside.  This will mean that you your cant scroll for hours whilst you are in bed, you wont check it if you wake up in the night and you will have to get up to turn the alarm off in the morning.
