We know the reasons we should cardio

Better heart health, mood, energy, sleep, healthier skin etc the list goes on.

I want to talk about the most underrated exercise, WALKING!

Cardio is any exercise that brings up your heart rate.  You don’t have to go do a spin class and run for miles to get your cardio in.  You just need to walk with purpose and maybe throw in a few hills.

Walking outside has been proven time and time again to help with our mental health and improve our mood, I think that reason in itself is enough.

I love nothing more than putting a podcast on or listening to an audiobook and just walk.  Its lovely to go with a friend too, have a good gossip and connecting.

It all goes towards your NEAT!!
