

How did your activity week go??
Mine went well, overall I just hit my step count over the week, it varied every day. I’ve been doing 3 sets of 10 press ups and I can already see an improvement in strength. I have also been sticking to the sleep routing from week 1 and I have to say I’m feeling pretty good.
So when week 3 begins we need to continue with week 1 and 2 so continue to create them as habits.
Week 3 is something that I really need to stick with as it’s a habit that I could do with developing. More to come later 😊

Good days and not so good. Yoga every day. The steps were hit and miss as I had to get through so much work for a research project and some days I didn’t leave my desk until it was dark and I was exhausted. Other days I did it though. I’ll keep aiming for the 10,000 steps and the yoga plus a conditioning 10 mins. It’s just a lot to fit in when work has become such a sedentary activity and there is so much of it! Some days I managed 15,000 so I suppose it works itself out

Yes to the average weekly steps as there are days that are busier than others. Sounds like you are doing great. Keep going this week. It doesn’t have to be 10,000, bring it down to 8,000 if that’s is more realistic! Then build it up when you are more settled with work. Hydration will hopefully help with your energy! X
