Hello to my new followers!!

I hope you are enjoying my habits challenge, I am loving it and it really helps to refocus even if those habits are already in place.

I just wanted to tell you about a couple of things that are going on with my nutrition business, Whole Health with Emma.

I am now doing corporate presentations to businesses in Australia, UK and New Zealand.  I can do face to face (if its Sydney) or the more popular at the moment via zoom, WebEx or Microsoft teams!  The presentation is based around general health and can be tailored towards your audience, for example I recently did one for shift workers.  It would be a great addition to somewhere that is having a wellness week or just anywhere that you would think would benefit from some health tips.  Please pop me an email if you would like more information.

In other news!!  I also have uploaded my amazing recipe books to my website for purchase.  I have 4 to choose from.  Low carb, high protein, plant based and Vegan.  Priced at $15 (Aus dollars) each or $50 for all 4.  Each recipe has the calories and macro nutrients breakdown.  They are super quick and easy.  There is also a menu plan and shopping list with each book.  Even better, each recipe has a my fitness pal bar code to scan.  Honestly, total bargain!!!
