I’m no laughing expert but I know that it feels good to laugh.
Do you remember when you were a kid you would laugh so hard you would pee. Or even as an adult when you literally belly laugh and you cant stop. I bet most of us cant remember the last time we belly laughed which is sad ☹

Increase our immune cells
Releases endorphins making us feel good
It burns calories – lol this is a nutrition page after all
It can connect us together, sharing a good laugh
