6 weeks of habit changing – done!!

This time went so quick!!

We covered sleep, activity, hydration, protein, food quality and self care.

I did this challenge as I strongly believe if we implement the above and it become part of out lives without a 2nd thought (like brushing your teeth) then we would have a much healthier world with no need for extreme and over restrictive diets.

I urge you to try to make them a focus before you go on a diet. You may realise that you actually don’t need to diet.

We need to start putting out health first over how thin we are. You will feel a hell of a lot better for it!

As you know, I took part too! I have got my sleep routine back, started making sure I am drinking more fluids, much more conscious of my step goal and I make sure my yoga practice happens no matter what!
