
This is a follow on post from yesterday.
Here are the basics to stay feeling great over the next couple of weeks, especially if you are off work.
- Keep you routine as best you can – this include for sleep and mealtimes
- Pick your drinking days and stick to them – don’t use the fact that its Christmas to excessively drink booze everyday – or be ok with the fact you will feel like shit and will not sleep well if you do.
- Stay active – keep up the gym sessions and the steps – you know it makes you feel good!
- Stay hydrated – pee should be a lovely pale colour
- Eat your fruit and veg!!
