Tuna cup snack!


The cheapest, quickest, yummiest and healthier snack ever! (ok maybe not ever)


Takes 3 minutes to make. Cost about $2. Packs in 26g of protein!


I mean I would chuck some cottage cheese in there two!


Method
Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves, get a 200g of tuna – this can be flavored; I personally get the Mexican tuna. Avoid the oily ones if you want to keep the calories down. Chop up some capsicum and slice half an apple. Mix it all together and build the cup, yum!
