You can easily consume another 200-400 calories in unnecessary calories that you are probably only eating out of boredom not hunger.
If you set yourself one strict, non-negotiable rule of no food after dinner you will be doing yourself a favor if fat loss is the goal. See how this goes for a couple of weeks and see how you feeling.
My tip – have a herbal/fruit tea. I love the peppermint and licorice tea as they are sweet.
