I literally feel like I can take on anything after a work
Watching your muscles grow is the best!
I feel strong AF
It’s the only time I am truely mindful because you have to concentrate
I know building muscle is the best thing I can do for my bone density as I age
I want to be a role model for my daughter I know it will improve my posture as I have a desk job
Having more muscle mass will give me a higher basal metabolic rate (metabolism)
The biggest reason – it genuinely makes me feel happy.
