Do things that scare you!

This was scary, amazing and very much out of my comfort zone.

I have only ever done indoor wall climbing. This was so high! Every step up I was terrified, I nearly gave up at least 3 times, I managed to do moves that I physically didn’t think I could do, and I nearly broke down with emotion a couple of times.

I didn’t reach the top as I fatigued but I got so close, and I was so proud of myself.

My point? Let’s do stuff that pushes us every day. Weather it’s an awkward phone call you don’t wanna do, committing to a race you’ve been thinking about doing, quitting your job you hate and finding a new one.

Fear of failure is a thing! We always think of the worst-case scenario but try this. Think about the best-case scenario.

Change the way we think for example

  • What if I hate my new job to what if I love my new job?
  • What if they don’t like me to what if I make friends for life
  • What if I fail to what I am so successful?
