We cannot control where we lose fat from, its shit but it’s the truth. There are no foods you can eat that help you lose arm fat. There are no foods that burn stomach fat. Genetics take over here and probably hormones. It is what it is, and we all do it very differently.
If we can’t control that then shouldn’t we try to control what we can control?
We can control where we build muscle!
Let’s focus on that and the fat loss can be in the background. Eventually you will build some muscle lose the fat and have that “toned” look!
